Brian Hans Executive Chef
Brian leads a kitchen team that’s become well known for its innovative menus and consistent excellence. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he formerly served as private Executive Chef at Bristol-Meyers Squibb’s New York City headquarters and several top Central New Jersey restaurants, including Raven and the Peach, The Bistro in Red Bank, and Cousins Café, which earned a three star rating during his tenure.
His fine dining experience and limitless imagination are well represented in both our in-store and gourmet catering menus. Never content with the conventional, Brian passionately and continuously explores cutting-edge recipes and techniques.
Keith Garrison Chef
A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Keith joined the Brennan’s culinary family in 2005.
His wide-ranging background includes positions with leading restaurants in Florida and Colorado where he acquired a flare for mouth-watering braising techniques and a unique proficiency with wild game recipes. A bit closer to home, he was also a creative mainstay at New
Jersey’s own Grille and the Grape and the highly-regarded Piccola Italia where he was Chef de Cuisine.
